# 2 in the US charts on February 29 1964.  First press with "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You" Count-in at the intro of " I Saw Her Standing There" was truncated except for the “four!"..

 

2nd press with a different track list. ."Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You" replaced with "Ask Me Why" and "Please Please Me" ( which is printed without comma ).
